Freight Policy

At Ecolab, sustainability is an integral part of everything we do, and we help our customers achieve exceptional business results, while minimising environmental impact. The work we do matters, and the way we do it matters to our employees, customers and our communities.

Freight is unavoidable part of doing business and is a significant cost to the ANZ business. Ecolab will pass on the cost of freight to our customers in a way that is fair and reasonably practical. We do not endeavour to profit from this process.

Ecolab cares about the environment and continues to work on reducing transportation carbon emissions. With efficient processes and order consolidation we aim to reduce our environmental footprint whenever possible.
